Own the post-sale experience for our mid-market customers. You will drive product adoption, manage renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and serve as the voice of the customer internally. You will manage a portfolio of 40+ accounts and be measured on net revenue retention.

Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales)

Bridge the gap between technical complexity and business value. You will partner with Account Executives to run technical demos, build proof-of-concept integrations, and answer detailed technical questions from prospects. Strong engineering background combined with customer-facing skills required.
