Build and scale our people operations as we grow from 50 to 200 employees. You will own the full employee lifecycle from recruiting to offboarding, manage benefits administration, drive culture initiatives, and ensure compliance. This is a strategic role reporting directly to the COO.
Own the post-sale experience for our mid-market customers. You will drive product adoption, manage renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and serve as the voice of the customer internally. You will manage a portfolio of 40+ accounts and be measured on net revenue retention.
